QuickBooks Workforce is an online portal that allows employees to access their pay stubs, W-2 forms, and other payroll-related information. It is a feature available for employers using QuickBooks Online Payroll.

If your employer has enabled QuickBooks Workforce, here are the steps to register:

1. Employer Invitation:

Your employer needs to send you an invitation to join QuickBooks Workforce. They can do this by logging into their QuickBooks Online account, navigating to the "Employees" tab, and selecting "Manage Payroll Cloud Services." From there, they can invite you by entering your email address and sending the invitation.

2. Check your Email:

Once the invitation is sent, check your email inbox, including the spam or junk folder, for an email from Intuit or QuickBooks. Open the email and locate the invitation to join QuickBooks Workforce.

3. Accept the Invitation:

Click on the invitation link in the email to accept the invitation. This will redirect you to the QuickBooks Workforce sign-up page.

4. Sign in or Sign up for an Intuit account:

If you already have an Intuit account (such as a QuickBooks Online account or TurboTax account), sign in using your existing credentials. If you don't have an Intuit account, you will need to sign up for one by clicking the "Create an account" or "Sign up" option. Follow the prompts to provide your email address, create a password, and enter any additional required information.

5. Connect to your employer's QuickBooks Online account:

After signing in or signing up, you will be prompted to connect your QuickBooks Workforce account to your employer's QuickBooks Online account. Follow the instructions to connect and authorize the connection between the two accounts.

6. Review and Confirm your Details:

Once connected, you may be asked to review and confirm your personal details, such as your name, address, and Social Security number. Ensure that the information is accurate and up to date.

7. Set up Security Questions and Answers:

As an additional security measure, you may be prompted to set up security questions and answers. Choose the questions and provide the answers, which will help you recover your account if needed.

8. Access your QuickBooks Workforce account:

After completing the registration process, you will have access to your QuickBooks Workforce account. You can log in using your Intuit account credentials and access your pay stubs, W-2 forms, and other payroll-related information.
